SOUND DESIGN & AUDIO POST-PRODUCTION

SFX, FOLEY, & IMPLEMENTATION

Clear dialogue matters, but sound design is what people feel. It’s the weight of footsteps, the hum under a scene, the detail you don’t consciously notice until it’s missing. From custom foley and atmospheric textures to stylized effects work, I build audio that gives projects texture, atmosphere, and personality.

Fun Fact: If I had to pick the moment I realized sound was magic, I think I’d pick the day I learned Godzilla’s roar was created using a resin glove and a double bass!

Video Game Audio Showreel

A multi-genre videogame sound design showcase featuring custom UI, combat, and environmental audio. The reel includes games produced at UTEP Creative Studios and concludes with a full “Sound Redesign” study for Friday the 13th: The Game—my favorite experiment in the reel. For that final segment, I completely stripped the original game audio and rebuilt the entire soundscape from scratch, using only my own custom foley and sound design to engineer a specific horror aesthetic.

Corporate Motion Graphics & Explainer Audio

This project required a full-pipeline approach. Alongside script development and planning, I handled all audio post-production and final delivery. I edited the voice-over for pacing and clarity, then synced custom sound effects to the animated assets. From timeline to final render, the work highlights my ability to take raw elements—animation, VO, and script—and shape them into a cohesive, professional piece.

AUDIO PRODUCTION & PODCASTS

SOUND IS HALF THE STORY

Sound is the most intimate part of storytelling. Even the most striking visuals fall flat if the audio doesn’t hold up. Whether I’m designing a grounded documentary mix or building a paranormal soundscape, I treat sound as an immersive environment. It’s not just about clear dialogue—it’s about putting the listener in the room.
